Privacy Policy
Effective 26 August 2026
Lebot Inc. ("Lebot", "we") handles personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and how long we keep it.
1. What we collect
We collect only what an inquiry requires. There are no accounts and no marketing profiles.
2. Drawing files and technical data
Files you upload (STEP, STP, DWG) are used solely to prepare a response to your inquiry. They are stored on access-controlled systems, are not used to train any model, and are not shared outside the people working on your inquiry. Where a program proceeds, technical data is handled under the terms of the applicable non-disclosure agreement. You may ask us to delete a submitted file at any time.
3. Sharing and processing by others
We do not sell personal information and do not provide it to third parties for their own purposes. Two exceptions apply:
- Consortium partners. Where answering your inquiry requires a partner's process capability, we share only what that assessment needs, on the same confidentiality terms.
- Service providers. Email, hosting and file storage providers process data on our instructions under written agreements. We do not use them for any other purpose.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to sales@lebot.co.kr and we will act on it without delay. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and we may retain records where law requires it.
5. Security
Access to inquiry data and drawing files is limited to staff who need it, over encrypted connections, with access logged. Data is deleted irrecoverably at the end of its retention period.
6. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to serve pages and remember your language choice. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
7. Contact and changes
Questions and requests go to sales@lebot.co.kr. If we change this policy we will post the revised version here with a new effective date, and give notice in advance where the change is material.

These terms govern your use of lebot.co.kr. By using the site you accept them. They do not govern any supply relationship — that is set by the contract for the program in question.
1. Use of the site
You may browse the site and submit inquiries for legitimate business purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, interfere with the site's operation, or scrape it at a scale that affects its availability.
2. Inquiries are not offers
A spec review response describes what we assess to be feasible on the information given. It is not a quotation, a guarantee of capability, or a binding commitment to supply. Prices, tolerances, lead times and quality terms become binding only in a signed contract or purchase order.
3. Material you submit
You keep all rights in drawings and technical data you send us, and you confirm you are entitled to share them. We use them only to respond to your inquiry, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit material you are not permitted to disclose; if a non-disclosure agreement is needed first, tell us and we will return one.
4. Our content
Text, images, diagrams and the Lebot name and logo on this site belong to Lebot Inc. or its partners. You may quote short extracts with attribution; anything further needs written permission. Third-party names and marks, including those of consortium partners, belong to their respective owners.
5. Accuracy and product status
Site content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Le Bot Designer is in development; screens shown are concepts and are not a commitment to any feature, availability or release date. Process and application examples describe capability within the consortium, not a warranty for your specific part.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction in the courts of Seoul. If we revise them, the revised version is posted here with a new effective date.
